How to Clean Gas Stove Burners



On the long run, you gas stove burners can get pretty dirty and you probably realized they cannot be cleaned with the stainless steel cleaning solution, glass or all-purpose spray cleaner. We have the solution for you. The following is a great way technique to clean the burners and you will be impress on how easy you will be able to remove dirt and grease under the stove top burners.
 
 
 
 

In order to perform the cleaning with that technique, you will need 3 items:
  • Large plastic Ziplock or sealing bags
     
  • Ammonia
     
  • Rubber gloves
      
The cleaning steps are:
  1. Place each burner separate plastic bags.
     
  2. Pour ¼ cup of ammonia into the bags.
     
  3. Close the seals on the bags and let wait a few hours. (You should have your kitchen window opened to lessen the smell of ammonia or place the bags outside).
     
  4. With your rubber gloves, take the burners out of the bags, one by one and rinse them.
     
  5. Rubbing gently, you should only have to wipe them out until they are clean.
Now your stove top burners are clean and sparkling.
